Talking Vox watch manufactured in Hong Kong for Radio Shack. There seems to be two versions, this verion has the battery connectors built into the battery hatch cover the other version links the 4 batteries within battery holder. The Trafalgar Mark 3 also uses the same module and case. Not only speaks the time but tells you how many seconds have elapsed on the stopwatch.
