1611 Albatros, 1975 Designer: Raymond Froidevaux (Head of Project: Pierre-Andr� Meister) Description: The calibre 1611 equipped the world's first hybrid electronic watch and had an analogue display for the time functions and a double LCD display for the chronograph functions. Both were powered by the same quartz resonator. Launched during the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, 15 000 units were produced information from direct Omegas site
