Early (1974?) field effect hand soldered module (from AMI?). Very similar to earlier Teletime watch but this module has additional functionality of night light. One of (if not the) first LCD watches to have this feature. Nothing too technical though, they simply soldered two wires onto an existing module and glued a lamp to the top of the LCD panel!
