Unusual watch, maker unknown but module by Collins Industries Limited Hong Kong. Date stamp on module 6/79. One small pusher on the side to set the watch, but the silver coloured plate(not a moving button) at the front when touched with a finger changes from time, date and seconds. metal spring runs from the back of the plate to the PCB.
